Tom,

We would like to thank you for the wonderful job you did at my son Kevin's wedding. The bride and groom were certainly surprised. My son said, "Now, it's a true Irish wedding". Your bagpipe playing was really beautiful. We will certainly keep you in mind for the future.

Thanks again,
Patti & Kevin

Tom Childs just played at our daughter's church ceremony. The rave reviews haven't stopped yet. Without a doubt, the best bagpiper, playing the best music, in all his splendor! Thanks Tom.

I'm writing this for Doug Cannon. He talked to your sister Vickie today and she told him that you are in concert in Boston. He says that this is very good. He had me go to your web site, wrong name, but I was able to find it through Google.

We listened to Amazing Grace, he grew tired of it quickly. Oh well, bagpipes are an acquired taste. But, after he got off the phone, I downloaded all the music on your sample page. My family comes from the Drummond family, I do like the pipes. I will bookmark your site so I can come back often.

When he called me to get on your site, he was in La. at the 110 mile marker. I reside 30 miles west of Victorville, Calif. Thats about an hour drive from Los Angles.

Doug just wanted you to know that he had been to your site.

                 Have a good day...........Alan

Tom,
Thank you for sharing the slide show. Seems like you had quite a bit of piping to do.

Thanks for your service to our soldiers.

Our wedding was special in a thousand ways, but Tom’s piping really tied it all together. For our hillside setting in the fall, piping created a magical sense of time, place and our personal histories. Tom is wonderful to work with–an extremely talented gentleman who immediately got involved in making the day exactly as we’d hoped. He looks darned good in the photos too! Thanks from Betsy (and Art).

Tom Childs is the one of the greatest bagpipers on the east coast. I have been taking lessons from him for over a year now, and it is the greatest thing I have ever done. I have numerous tunes under my belt and have graduated from chanter, to bagpipes in under 7 months. There is no one better to play a wedding, funeral, or party than him. He is very patient, very nice, and has given me the amazing gift of music. Thank you Tom!

Tom has brought me from learning how to read music all the way through playing the Highland Bagpipes. With a large library of tunes and a great many of years on the Pipes, Tom has the ability to meet anyones needs. Not only is Tom a great Instructor but also a great musician to have at a special event.
